Shipping & Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery express, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Normal shipping lead-time is 2 to 3 weeks and vary from country to country.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at our risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns policy?

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

For hygiene reasons, some clothing is non refundable. Replacement parts are not returnable.

Please make sure the items are in proper condition. In case of not be so then we can reasonably decline your refund.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

How do I return an item?

Simply follow these three easy steps:

1.Obtain an authorization after you submit an request via My Account.

Requests should include the following information: Order ID, Item SKU, reason for return, your preference to replace the item or refund your money, and other related concerns.

2. Ship the goods to be returned after you have received the authorization.

Please note that the returned item must be with its original packing and accessories. You should use the shipping address provided by Vipo Tech customer service team and include the the information in the package.

3. Receive the replacement or refund.

Vipo Tech will arrange for reshipment or refund within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned items.

Things to Remember:

-Be sure to keep in touch with us before your request is resolved. If an application has not been updated in more than two months, we will regard it as abandoned by the customer and the case will be automatically closed.

-Please provide a tracking number on return shipments to ensure the safety of your parcel. Vipo Tech will not take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments.

-Since we do not charge our customers any shipping fees when delivering, the customer pays the cost of shipment of returns. Please slope, the returns have a shipping and handling costs that are unrecoverable for the company.
